METHOD AND PLACE OF THE TREATMENT

The Data Controller carries out the processing in compliance with the national privacy legislation in force as well as with EU Regulation no. 679/2016.

The data is processed solely for the purposes indicated above, mainly with electronic and telematic methods and, in some cases, also manually on paper, at the headquarters of the Data Controller, by specifically authorized or appointed internal subjects.

In any case, adequate security and confidentiality measures will be adopted in order to reduce the risk of destruction, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorized access to the data or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the collection purposes.

CONSERVATION PERIOD

The data are kept, in compliance with the principles of necessity and proportionality, for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

For profiling purposes, however, the data will be kept for a maximum of 12 months from collection.
